1. Service Agreement

By booking a repair or maintenance service with MRH Multi Tech Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Our technicians will provide services based on the issue reported and the physical inspection of the appliance.

2. Inspection & Visit Charges

If our technician visits your premises and inspects the appliance, a nominal inspection fee will be charged even if you decide not to proceed with the actual repair. This covers the travel and time of the professional.

3. Spare Parts & Warranty

• Any spare parts replaced during the service will be charged extra unless specifically included in a quoted package.
• Warranty on spare parts is strictly governed by the original manufacturer’s terms. MRH Multi Tech Service does not provide an extended warranty on parts unless explicitly mentioned in writing.
• Service warranty (labor) is valid only for a limited period as discussed during the repair.

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be made immediately upon the completion of the service. We accept Cash, UPI, and major digital payment methods. We do not offer credit facilities.

5. Liability

While our technicians handle all appliances with the utmost care, MRH Multi Tech Service will not be held liable for any pre-existing damages, internal rust, or unforeseen breakdowns that occur during the standard repair process.
